I cannot express enough how transformative hormone replacement therapy has been for me-it truly feels like I've found ME again. My only regret is not starting this journey much sooner! Choosing Intentional Wellness was the best decision I could have made for this journey. Ashley and Julie have been outstanding, and the entire staff is simply exceptional. I have been a patient now going on 2 years and I highly recommend Dr. Julie McClelland and Dr. Heather Warren I have seen them both. As a patient I only had one other doctor that was always available to answer questions and reply to me. Everytime I ve reached out with concerns the doctors have reached out to me with in a day. I ve seen them for weight management and hormone therapy. What a life changer. I ve always known my thyroid was low and still had terrible symptoms of it being low and could not get a doctor to raise it for me. Right away Dr. Julie heard my concerns and raised it for me and I finally can sleep without socks to keep my feet warm and just feel all around better. My hormones are finally in line no more hot flashes. You just won t find doctors like this that take the time to listen to you. You ll feel very comfortable sharing all your concerns and know your heard.
I have my HRT managed and all my aesthetic needs addressed at Intentional Wellness, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about them!
I mostly see Dr. Julie McClelland, but both providers, Dr McClelland and Dr.Warren, as well as the staff are wonderful. The providers are incredibly intelligent, empathetic, and genuinely attentive. Julie always takes the time to listen to my concerns and makes sure I fully understand my options, giving me the education I need to make confident, informed decisions about my health.
One of the things I appreciate most is how she empowers me to be my own advocate. I never feel rushed or dismissed—she treats me like a partner in my care, which is rare and invaluable.
Her attention to detail is unmatched, and every service she performs is done at an exemplary level. I always leave feeling supported, heard, and truly cared for. I’m so grateful to have found such an exceptional provider.

Breast cancer treatment had negatively impacted my skin in a big way. Dr Warren had great ideas, was compassionate, and helped me immensely through getting me a regime that has turned my skin around. The office is beautiful, staff are kind, and they have many modern services that are so needed here in the north state. Very recommended.
After losing over 130lbs, I was left with a large amount of loose skin that was never going to go away no matter how hard I tried. Everyday when I looked in the mirror I continued to see the same 280lb person looking back at me. I felt like a failure. No amount of workouts would be able to fix the remaining loose skin. From the initial consultation with Dr. Warren and her staff, to surgery day with Dr. Warren, Dr Wong and Dr. McClelland I felt at ease in their hands. I woke up with a new mid section and I hardly recognize myself! At my follow up appt, tears streamed down my face as I hugged Dr. Warren for giving me exactly what I asked for. This experience has been amazing as well as life changing. I am and will be forever grateful for IWC! Thank you all for such amazing service. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and cared about. I cannot say enough about Dr. McClelland, Dr. Warren, and the entire staff at Intentional Wellness. They listen to you and take the entire picture into consideration when creating a treatment plan. They take the time to listen and you leave feeling heard…Hormone Replacement Therapy has given me my life back. From feeling like I was a different person back to myself again. In other words they have helped me understand aging is hard, however with support and the right therapy you can feel good about aging.
